This week we are delighted to welcome Reg Amoah our new D&I Lead. Reg previously worked at law firm Norton Rose Fulbright where he was D&I advisor. Reg is passionate about the development of diverse talent and creating an inclusive environment. His passion extends beyond the workplace and he has taken part in a number of community development projects for local authorities, housing associations and charities, most recently the East London Business Alliance managing partnerships and creating inclusion curriculums with schools. He was a contributor on the book Diversify and is a content creator for Diversify.org, running workshops for corporate partners. Reg will be working closely with our D&I Advisory Teams and sit on the D&I Steering Group as we focus on our ambitions and objectives to lead the way in shaping a truly diverse and inclusive environment that reflects both Real Britain and the cities where we are based.
